Hi, I’m Blake! I started playing hockey when I was seven years old. After watching my first professional game, I was hooked right away. Over the years, I’ve learned that hockey isn’t just about scoring goals, it’s about teamwork, effort, and respect for every position on the ice.That’s what inspired my children’s book series.

Each story is based on lessons I’ve learned through the game, like responsibility, encouragement, and helping teammates grow. I use AI technology to help create the illustrations and characters, which makes it awesome to see my ideas come to life on the page. My first book, Every Position Counts, reminds readers that every role, on a team or in life,  is important. The next books in the series will keep sharing those same lessons, both on and off the ice.
