3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. dollars.

We do not store or access your full payment card information.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand partner.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production and shipping timelines vary by item

  • Orders are custom-made and produced after purchase

  • Printful may ship items separately depending on fulfillment locations

  • We cannot modify or cancel an order once production has begun

If Printful encounters delays or issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Important notes:

  • U.S. orders may qualify for free shipping (if offered)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or Printful

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are custom made to order, we follow Printful’s return guidelines:

We accept returns only for:

  • Misprints

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Items damaged in transit

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color dissatisfaction due to screen variance

  • Items washed, worn, or altered

To request a replacement for a damaged or misprinted item, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include photos showing the issue

Once verified, Printful will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product photos

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Layout

  • Books and written materials

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
