Each item in our store is custom made just for you, and we want you to love your order.
This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
⭐ 1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our merchandise is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Because items are printed or embroidered specifically for each customer:
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind

Color differences due to screen settings

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
This policy follows Printful’s required guidelines.
⭐ 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (We Fix These!)
If your order arrives with an issue, we will gladly replace it.
We will replace or refund items that are:

Misprinted

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly shipped
To request a replacement:
Please contact us at BarDownOSR@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of what went wrong
Once confirmed, we’ll submit a replacement request to Printful and ship a new item at no cost to you.
⭐ 3. Returns Are Not Accepted Without Prior Approval
Because items are custom-made, returns must be approved before sending anything back.
Please do NOT ship items back to the return address on your package.
That address belongs to Printful’s facility and is not a general return location.
Unapproved returns may be rejected.
⭐ 4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

Check with neighbors or family members

Confirm the shipping address on your order

File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Contact us — we will do everything we can to assist
Printful may offer replacements in some cases, but it is not guaranteed.
⭐ 5. Wrong Address Entered
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

Printful will charge a reshipping fee

We will notify you of any additional charges

Once reshipped, delivery times restart
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
⭐ 6. Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly:

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately

We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes
⭐ 7. Books & Photography Products
Printed books, photo prints, and physical photography items are also made to order.
For these items:

No returns for customer preference

Replacements offered for damage, printing defects, or shipping issues
Digital books or downloads (if offered) are non-refundable.
⭐ 8. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved instead of a replacement:

Refunds go to the original form of payment

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or misprinted
